i.c. stars

Since 1999, i.c.stars (short for inner city stars) has empowered underserved adults with technology-based workforce development, community leadership training, internships and job placement. The program consists of 16 weeks of project-based leadership and technology training plus 20 months of individualized coaching and career development support. With an 83% job placement rate, graduates of i.c.stars are employed by Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing companies, nonprofits and social enterprises.

The US Army’s Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program

The PaYS Program is a strategic partnership between the U.S. Army and a cross section of corporations, companies and public sector agencies. The program provides America’s soldiers with an opportunity to serve their country while they prepare for their future. PaYS partners guarantee soldiers an interview and possible employment after the Army. This unique program is part of the Army’s effort to partner with America’s business community and reconnect America with its Army.

Tent Partnership for Refugees

The Tent Partnership for Refugees connects refugees to work through hiring, training, and mentorship because securing a job is a critical milestone for a refugee building a new life. More than 400 major multinational companies are Tent members, committed to hiring and economically integrating refugees in other ways.
